THE EYESHADOW SERIES

I began 'The Eyeshadow Series' during my first week living at university as a way to experiment with my passion for makeup. The palettes I created are inspired by one of my favourite manga series, written and illustrated by Ai Yazawa between 2000 - 2009, called NANA.

NANA grew in popularity amongst the alternative community due to its significant connections to both punk and romantic feminine fashion so I wanted to create two palettes to reflect these.
